Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, as our items cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

For items damaged during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS and guide you through the process to ensure a smooth resolution.
